Know Your Foreclosure Rights
The Indiana legislature recently enacted a new law that entitles home owners in foreclosure to a settlement conference. If your home is in danger of foreclosure, the courts will send you a notice with that information. To take advantage of this option, you must request the settlement conference within a short amount of time.
If successful, the conference can resolve disputes between you and your lender without ever needing to go to court. You need an attorney at these settlement conferences to let you know what your rights are. I am here to provide any advice or information that will help you save your home.
